How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
After a refund
The licence is deactivated and Snipora returns to the free plan. Your snippets stay.
After 14 days
Purchases older than 14 days are generally not refundable, but if something is broken and we can’t fix it, write to us and we’ll look at it fairly. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under your local consumer law.
